Terms and conditions
All products are handmade, decorated and glazed, there may be some differences in products of the same type of product in terms of size, color and glaze as a result of the process.
Effort has been made to ensure that product, product description and image are corresponding as much as possible, however there may be slight variations due to differences in viewing technology.
All prices are in DKK with VAT included. Please note that if you have opted for an International delivery, toll expenses and taxes may incur which will not appear on your billing confirmation. I am not responsible for these taxes and you should contact your local customs office, if you wish to make a complaint.
Most major credit cards are accepted and you will get a billing confirmation when the order has been dispatched.

POSTAGE & DELIVERY
Your order delivery will be handled by either GLS or Post Nord and can either be sent to the nearest GLS pakkeshop or your private address.
Denmark (excluding Greenland and the Faroe islands): 59 DKK to nearest service point or 89 DKK to home address.
Europe (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden): 199 DKK
Australia, Norway, Japan, UK, US: 299 DKK

Online orders will be packed and shipped within 3 days from ordering and should take 2-3 business days to arrive. If you live outside of Denmark it may take longer. If I’m not able to post within a week, you will receive an email about expected delivery time.
If you regret your purchase or are not satisfied with the product, please contact me by email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days.
If you return the product via post, make sure it is properly packaged, preferably in the packaging that it was sent in, along with the billing confirmation so we have all necessary information. When I receive the product, I will check its condition and refund you the product on the card with which you purchased the product. I do not refund the shipping costs and I do not cover the shipping costs of the return.
If you are in the Copenhagen area, we can also arrange a meeting for the return.
According to Danish law you have two years of warranty on a product, however not with normal wear and tear. If you receive damaged goods due to delivery we ask for photo documentation of the outside of the box and you will need to contact the courier.
